The new coalition agreement granted priority status to the law On Sequential replacement of natural gas with alternative fuel sources. Also, the Government adopted a number of resolutions to promote the development of the bioenergy sector. When in Europe, production and use of biomass has already become an integral part of industry and agriculture, implementation of bioenergy technologies in Ukraine has become urgent due to the situation in the country in general and in the energy sector in particular.
