{"id":11570,"date":"2021-10-19T16:39:03","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T13:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/?p=11570"},"modified":"2021-10-21T15:46:59","modified_gmt":"2021-10-21T12:46:59","slug":"komanda-uabio-vidvidala-dva-biogazovi-zavody-gorodyshhe-pustovarivskoyi-agrarnoyi-kompaniyi-v-chernigivskij-oblasti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/news\/11570\/","title":{"rendered":"UABIO team visited two biogas plants of Horodyshche-Pustovarivska agricultural company in Chernihiv region"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Horodyshche-Pustovarivska Agricultural Company is a member of the group of agricultural companies<strong> Gals Agro,<\/strong> an active member of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0020-panorama.jpg\" alt=\"Biogas plant | Gals Agro Complex\" class=\"wp-image-11572\" width=\"960\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0020-panorama-768x302.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0020-panorama-1536x604.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of the Board of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine Georgii Geletukha, as well as leading UABIO experts Yurii Matveev and Petro Kucheruk visited biogas plants at a pig farm in the Zhuravka village and at a sugar factory in Lynovytsia village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that the <strong>Gals Agro<\/strong> holding has the <strong>following facilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 sugar factories,<\/li><li>7 agro-industrial firms,<\/li><li>turkey farms,<\/li><li>walnut and apple orchards,<\/li><li>pig farm,<\/li><li>4 biogas plants,<\/li><li>2 elevators,<\/li><li>feed mill.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0053.jpg\" alt=\"Biogas plant | Gals Agro Complex\" class=\"wp-image-11577\" width=\"485\" height=\"325\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0029.jpg\" alt=\"Biogas plant | Gals Agro Complex\" class=\"wp-image-11573\" width=\"485\" height=\"321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0029.jpg 1286w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0029-768x510.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 485px) 100vw, 485px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"clear: left\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both plants, which were visited by experts of the Association, are under reconstruction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Zhuravka biogas plant, the reconstruction is almost completed, the next step is to reach the planned capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>What has been done?<\/strong><ol><li>The third reactor was built, the second and third Jenbacher engines were mounted.<\/li><li>The total installed electric capacity increased from 1.2 to 3.9 MW.<\/li><li>Reconstruction involved an intensification of loading of basic raw materials (corn silage), optimization of the mixing process in the reactor, installation of a new biogas treatment system, change of the automation system.<\/li><li>Deep reconstruction was carried out without stopping the production of biogas and electricity.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0031.jpg\" alt=\"Biogas plant | Gals Agro Complex\" class=\"wp-image-11574\" width=\"485\" height=\"324\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0044.jpg\" alt=\"Biogas plant | Gals Agro Complex\" class=\"wp-image-11575\" width=\"485\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0044.jpg 1286w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0044-768x510.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 485px) 100vw, 485px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"clear: left\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconstruction and construction in <strong>Linovytsia <\/strong>are still in full swing. Despite this, it is planned that the reconstruction will be completed by the end of the year.
