Of them, 7 are new private factories, the rest are reconstructed old state factories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even before the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, only a few bioethanol plants were stably functioning at full capacity in the country. Therefore, this law is <strong>a very important step<\/strong> towards the development of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will this law do?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bring Ukraine closer to EU standards,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stimulate the production of advanced bioethanol,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribute to the advancement of the country on the path of green transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Already for the SAF platform, our lawyer prepared <a href=\"https:\/\/saf.org.ua\/en\/news\/1963\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/saf.org.ua\/en\/news\/1963\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a more detailed review of the draft law<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a significant step forward for our industry, finally providing legal norms to boost bioethanol production.
