{"id":16581,"date":"2024-09-10T11:36:47","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T08:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/?p=16581"},"modified":"2024-09-12T16:34:27","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T13:34:27","slug":"vyznacheno-poryadok-mytnogo-oformlennya-biometanu-shho-peremishhuyetsya-truboprovidnym-transportom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/news\/16581\/","title":{"rendered":"The procedure for the customs clearance of biomethane transported by pipeline has been established!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>This is a huge step forward for the biomethane industry!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Ukraine&#8217;s official bulletin No. 77, the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated August 1, 2024, No. 380, &#8220;On Amendments to certain regulatory acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine regarding customs affairs&#8221; has been published. <strong>This order defines the procedure for customs clearance of biomethane transported by pipeline transport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order, developed in accordance with the adopted Law of Ukraine No. 3613-IX, <strong>comes into effect today<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"598\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FB_IMG_1725951967931.jpg\" alt=\"\u0417\u043e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0436\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0442\u0440\u0443\u043f\u043e\u0431\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0434\u0443, \u0456\u043b\u044e\u0441\u0442\u0440\u0430\u0446\u0456\u044f \u0434\u043b\u044f \u0431\u0456\u043e\u043c\u0435\u0442\u0430\u043d\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0442\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f.\" class=\"wp-image-16584\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FB_IMG_1725951967931.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/FB_IMG_1725951967931-768x425.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Importance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A necessary step that enables biomethane producers to carry out customs clearance of renewable gas during its transportation by pipeline from Ukraine to EU countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A large number of specialists from both governmental and non-governmental organizations were involved in resolving the issue of customs clearance for biomethane. This is the result of effective collaboration and forward-thinking decisions that will contribute to the growth of our economy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>UABIO expresses sincere gratitude to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the Members of Parliament of Ukraine, and specifically to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada <a href=\"https:\/\/kompek.rada.gov.ua\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/kompek.rada.gov.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Committee on Energy, Housing and Communal Services<\/a>, and also to the Chairman of the <a href=\"https:\/\/komfinbank.rada.gov.ua\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/komfinbank.rada.gov.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Committee on Finance, Taxation, and Customs Policy<\/a>; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mev.gov.ua\/en\/home\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mev.gov.ua\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine<\/a>, which facilitated the work on this decision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mof.gov.ua\/en\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mof.gov.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/minagro.gov.ua\/en\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/minagro.gov.ua\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biomethane producers who invested heavily and advocated for the development of the industry; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tsoua.com\/en\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tsoua.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine<\/a>; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/customs.gov.ua\/en\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/customs.gov.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the State Customs Service of Ukraine<\/a>, specifically the Energy Customs; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our team of experts who have worked diligently on the development of the biomethane industry and continue this work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our colleagues and everyone involved in this important event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You can find the text of the order by the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/ips.ligazakon.net\/document\/RE42595?an=1\">https:\/\/ips.ligazakon.net\/document\/RE42595?an=1<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a huge step forward for the biomethane industry!
