{"id":17079,"date":"2024-12-16T17:43:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T15:43:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/?p=17079"},"modified":"2025-04-09T14:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T11:03:12","slug":"bezkoshtovna-konsultatsijna-dopomoga-ukrayinskym-vyrobnykam-dlya-eksportu-v-yes-tovariv-ohoplenyh-mehanizmom-prykordonnogo-vugletsevogo-koryguvannya-cbam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/news\/17079\/","title":{"rendered":"Free consulting assistance to Ukrainian manufacturers for exporting to the EU goods covered by the CBAM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Within the framework of the <a href=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/news\/17064\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/news\/17064\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>&#8220;Technical Assistance for CBAM good exports from UA to EU&#8221; project<\/strong><\/a>, 3 domestic manufacturers of CBAM goods from at least two Ukrainian export industries (iron and steel, cement, fertilisers and aluminium) will be selected for consulting assistance in monitoring, determining the embedded emissions of manufactured goods, transferring data to reporting CBAM declarants and further exporting these goods to EU countries.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Bezoplatna-konsultatsijna-pidtrymka-dlya-ukrayinskyh-vyrobnykiv-eksporteriv-tovariv-CBAM-v-YES-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17089\" style=\"width:860px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Bezoplatna-konsultatsijna-pidtrymka-dlya-ukrayinskyh-vyrobnykiv-eksporteriv-tovariv-CBAM-v-YES-3.png 1920w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Bezoplatna-konsultatsijna-pidtrymka-dlya-ukrayinskyh-vyrobnykiv-eksporteriv-tovariv-CBAM-v-YES-3-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/uabio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Bezoplatna-konsultatsijna-pidtrymka-dlya-ukrayinskyh-vyrobnykiv-eksporteriv-tovariv-CBAM-v-YES-3-1536x864.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purpose of selection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A consortium of experts from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/biomasscarbon.com.ua\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/biomasscarbon.com.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biomass-Carbon Ltd.<\/a><\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/dixigroup.org\/\"><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dixigroup.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dixigroup.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DiXi Group<\/a> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dixigroup.org\/\"><\/a>will perform <strong>3 comprehensive consultations<\/strong>, which will include the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>development of monitoring methodology documentation following the CBAM structure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data collection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calculation of built-in emissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The entire counselling process will be free of charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company <strong>need to be registered in Ukraine <\/strong>and produce industrial products covered by CBAM (iron and steel, cement, fertilisers and aluminium) for further export to the EU. It is <strong>necessary <\/strong>to have experience exporting to the EU and relevant certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is necessary to have <strong>a system of measurement and accounting of materials, fuel and energy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company should strive to implement <strong>monitoring of <\/strong>greenhouse gas emissions under the requirements of CBAM.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An important condition is the location of the company at least <strong>50 km from the war zones.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission of applications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in participating in the selection, please send <strong>the completed questionnaire <\/strong>to the email: <a href=\"mailto:dragnev@secbiomass.com\">dragnev@secbiomass.com<\/a>. Funding is provided by the Private Sector Development Program of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvo.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The Netherlands Enterprise Agency<\/strong><\/a>.
