The area under energy crops has occupied only 4 thousand hectares in 2018. This is 0.1%.<\/p><cite>UABIO\u00a0estimation<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legislative:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>there is no definition of the term &#8220;energy crops&#8221;;<\/li><li>the complicated procedure of renting for state and communal property;<\/li><li>dependence of rent size for state and communal agricultural lands on the normative monetary valuation of land.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrative:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>short terms of the land lease agreement;<\/li><li>lack of a civilized biomass market.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the necessity to attract significant investment in the initial stages of planting energy crops;<\/li><li>long payback period of projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><em>The position of the UABIO is prepared, discussed, and agreed upon by the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/uabio.org\/en\/members\/companies\/\" target=\"_blank\">members of the UABIO<\/a><\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Such as legislative, administrative, financial.
