class=\"wp-block-heading\">UABIO lobbies for the development of bioenergy at the legislative level<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2019:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>By efforts of the Association and other organizations, the \u201cgreen \u201dtariff is not reduced for biomass and biogas electricity production facilities.<\/li><li>Our organization participated in the development of the Draft Law of Ukraine on stimulating the cultivation of energy crops.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The UABIO plans:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>exemption of biofuels and biogas plants&nbsp;from the tax on CO2 emissions;<\/li><li>e-commerce system for solid biofuels;<\/li><li>\u201cgreen\u201d tariff for electricity from biomethane;<\/li><li>production and consumption of biomethane register;<\/li><li>criteria of sustainability for liquid biofuels;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>state support for the cultivation of energy crops;<\/li><li>competitive market for imported $ 17 billion in energy, which is 27% of total imports.<\/p><cite>UABIO<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We thank our partners, the team
