Supervisory Board is the main body to control execution of decisions taken by the General Assembly. Members of the Supervisory Board are invited to all meetings of the Board and on behalf of the General Assembly of the Association control main management decisions taken by the Board, in terms of their compliance with goals and objectives established by the Statute of the Association, as well as decisions by the General Assembly. Members of the Supervisory Board shall be elected by the General Assembly in the amount of three for 3-year term, unlimited number of times.
