Structure and governance of the Bioenergy Association
The Bioenergy Association of Ukraine operates on the principles of transparency, equality and collective decision-making.
UABIO's highest collective governing bodies are the General Assembly and the Board. Georgii Geletukha was elected Chair of the Board in 2020. The Board and Expert Council include leading Ukrainian and international specialists.

Expert Council
The Expert Council was established to give association members access to reliable expertise across different sectors, and to develop analytical materials and proposals for legislation, programmes and bioenergy development strategies. The Council includes one key expert in each sector and expert commissions for each area, comprising member representatives and coordinated by the relevant key experts. Council experts are approved by a decision of the Board.
