General organizational and legal issues, which regulate the activities of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine today, are considered in the article, namely:
– Is there any real support for the Association’s activities on the part of the state or it always takes place in more declarative forms?
– State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, structurally is not an independent unit. Does it cause certain problems in relation to the UABio activities?
– What kind of bioenergy-related draft laws are currently under consideration in the Verkhovna Rada?
– How will Electronic biofuel trading protect buyers if the seller does not comply with the contract on the quantity, quality, and timeliness of fuel deliveries?
