The level of investment in biogas and biomethane is increasing — in Europe from 2020 to 2022 it exceeded the injection of liquid biofuels
In May, the International Energy Agency published the report “World Energy Investment 2023“ with relevant data.
We are interested in the chart, which is described the brilliant perspective of biogas and biomethane, primarily for the European market.

In general, this year’s edition of World Energy Investment report fully describes the investment picture in 2022 and covers data for 2023.
The IEA examines the full spectrum of energy issues including oil, gas and coal supply and demand, renewable energy technologies, electricity markets, energy efficiency, access to energy, demand side management and much more.
