Life cycle assessment of heat production from willow chips of Salix Viminalis L. in Ukraine

The results of the life cycle assessment of thermal energy production from Salix Viminalis L. wood chips are presented. The energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions are estimated. The influence of the most important parameters is analyzed and the optimal ratios for ensuring maximum energy efficiency and environmental sustainability are determined.
