In Ukraine, there are more than 240 thousand multifamily buildings, half of which are connected to district heating (DH). Sociology says that most of the apartment owners, who live in these homes, are not satisfied with the quality of services provided by local utilities. Complaints are typical for all regions: barely warm batteries or overheated in winter, lack of hot water in the summer, frequent network failures and in-house equipment.

– What shall we do?
– Long-term planning – protecting the interests of consumers;
– Ukrainian realities – not in favor of consumers.
