How to implement long-term planning in district heating in Ukraine?

In the previous article, the authors analyzed the current situation with the long-term planning in district heating (DH) in Ukraine. This article presents recommendations for the finalization of regulatory acts for heat supply sector in terms of the introduction of long-term planning in the DH sector in Ukraine.
