The company supplies energy and fuel to over 100 million Europeans, and its products are sold in more than 100 countries across six continents.
The company’s mission is the energy transition and the achievement of emission neutrality by 2050 due to the introduction of innovative, clean and sustainable technologies.
Company strategies and targets
Plans for 2030 include investing over $80 billion in strategic projects, of which approximately 40% will be directed towards environmental investments. This includes offshore and onshore wind energy, solar energy, biogas and biomethane, biofuels, electromobility, CCUS (carbon capture, utilization, and storage), green hydrogen, and synthetic fuels.
Within the ORLEN2030 strategy, over 30 billion zlotys will be invested in sustainable development, with 25 billion zlotys allocated specifically for investments aimed at reducing CO2 emissions.
