Welcome to the new member of the UABIO team – LLC “Joint Ukrainian-German enterprise «Alternative energy systems and environment protection technologies”!
It is a corporate enterprise created on the basis of 100% ownership of foreign persons:
- «Heers&Brockstedt Umwelttechnik GmbH» (Germany) – 80%;
- Joerg Steffen Meissner – 20%.
Company activity:
- degassing of landfills (construction of a landfill gas capture and disposal system through combustion by a thermal power plant with simultaneous electricity production);
- TPP maintenance;
- maintenance of the landfill gas (biogas) collection system.
In addition to the founder, Heers&Brockstedt Umwelttechnik GmbH, the company represents the technical partner – IET Energy GmbH (Austria).
Bioenergy projects of the company
- Degassing activity of the municipal landfill of the city of Vinnytsia (Stadnytsia village, Vinnytsia region) through a separately established enterprise LLC “AEU ENERGO”.
- Project on degassing of the landfill (Pidhorodne, Dnipropetrovsk region) through a separately established enterprise LLC “UNP” AEU DNIPRO “(at the stage of implementation).
