AgroEnergyDay 2020: materials

The Third International Conference of Bioenergy Technologies and Alternative Energy in Agribusiness AgroEnergyDAY 2020 was held on October 29 thanks to the cooperation of two organizations: Bioenergy Association of Ukraine and Kyiv International Contract Fair. The conference was held as a part of the InterAgro exhibition in compliance with state anti-epidemic restrictive measures.

AgroEnergyDAY 2020 was opened by Serhii Vysotskyi, Director of InterAGRO, the exhibition organized by Kyiv International Contract Fair, Yurii Shafarenko, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency of Ukraine, and Georgii Geletukha, Head of the Board of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine.

The conference was dedicated to the implementation of bioenergy projects in the agricultural sector and had a separate section on biogas projects. Presentation of current results of the EU Horizon 2020 AgroBioHeat projects was a part of the conference agenda.
