Road map for the transition to long-term planning in district heating in Ukraine

In the previous articles, the author analyzed the current situation with the long-term planning in district heating (DH) in Ukraine and presented recommendations for the finalization of regulatory acts for heat supply sector in terms of the introduction of long-term planning in the DH sector in Ukraine.

The current article deals with the issues:
  – Formation of strategic goals;
  – Amendments to laws;
  – Improvement of by-laws.
